双方一致认为，南京与德国经贸往来密切、科教人文交流频繁，德资企业在宁发展势头良好。在当前全球经济形势下，中德双方应当深化合作、实现共赢。南京产业基础坚实、科教资源丰富、创新优势明显，双方合作前景广阔，希望共同加强在高端装备制造、智能工厂建设、生物医药等领域的产业合作, 共同推动研发中心设立、成果落地转化等方面的创新合作，共同加强教育、体育、文旅等多领域的人文合作。

Both sides reached a consensus that Nanjing and Germany have maintained close economic cooperation, and robust sci-tech and people-to-people exchanges, with German enterprises having demonstrated strong growth momentum in Nanjing. Against the current global economic backdrop, China and Germany should work to deepen cooperation and achieve a win-win situation. Nanjing's strengths in industrial infrastructure, sci-tech educational resources, and innovation capabilities present extensive opportunities for collaboration. More collaboration is highly expected toward industry such as high-end equipment manufacturing, intelligent factory construction and bio-medicine, toward innovation such as R&D center buildup and research outcome commercialization and transformation, and toward people-to-people exchanges such as education, sports, culture and tourism.
